Born in Jamaica, and named after Argentinian Superstar player Claudio Caniggia, his love of the game developed as soon as he could kick a ball. This love continued to grow and develop and provided him the opportunity to come to America as a teenager and play at the Super Y level (now known as MLS next). His move to America became permanent as he received a scholarship to play at the collegiate level at Lake Michigan College. When his college career finished he relocated to Cincinnati where he began his coaching career. As a coach he noticed that what players lack is the confidence with the ball at their feet. Knowing his confidence with the ball was built with repetition of technique in the private sessions he had with his trainer as a young player, the concept of Neatfeet Soccer Academy was born.
